Breaking the rules for celebrations in a good and scientific way
National Ice Cream For Breakfast Day!ππ¨
I scream you scream we all Scream for Ice Cream For Breakfast Day! Or get up and froyo- if that’s your preference. How amazing that there’s one day a year that you can live a childhood dream that you would never usually be allowed to do?! Early and it’s ice cream time! Celebrate with every flavour imaginable- get the family or friend group together to share a large tub or have mini sundaes in tubs, cones or bowls. Neapolitan is trending and salted caramel & cookies & cream are here to stay!

National Rose Day!πΉ
Firstly think do you know anyone called Rose who you can tell about this?! Then onto the flowers. Pick one or a bunch – just check them in the shop to make sure every flower is nice before purchasing. Many who are away from their partners on Valentines, choose to celebrate on this day for the romance element of a kind gesture. By all means, if you are together for Valentines Day, no need to be pestering your partner about doing something to celebrate this one- the extra money isn’t worth it unless you’re celebrating another special occasion that calls for roses. Hey- here’s a compromise, how bout getting some Roses chocolates?! Most importantly, don’t forget the iconic line from Miley Cyrus “I can buy myself flowers” ππ₯°
National Periodic Table Day!
Ah yes the periodic elements. The table of all chemical elements used in Chemistry. You could try and memorize as many as you can if you’re up for a challenge and improving your IQ! There are solids, liquids and gases but can you pronounce all the names correctly in UK English? something to look up but a heads up the ones people struggle on are ones like Roentgenium and Praseodymium. You’re not alone if they seem crazy hard to pronounce- the truth is they’re not that common in conversations unless you’re doing Advanced Chemistry. Have fun with the Periodic Table Song that lots of people use to help remember them.
